4 Tbsp. Miso & Easy Original |
2 potatos, peeled and cut into bite size pieces |
4 oz.(110g) spinach, blanched and cut into 1/4 length |
3-1/2 c.water |
- 1. Boil water and add potatoes in a medium pot. Lower heat and cook potatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Add spinach and Miso & Easy. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
