(Serves 4)
| 2 Tbsp. Marukome Miso Yaki for Meat |
| 1 lb. ground beef |
| ½ onion, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp. panko |
| 1 egg |
| Vegetable oil |
| 1 tomato, thinly sliced |
| 4 lettuce leaves |
| ¼ onion, thinly sliced |
| 4 hamburger buns |
- 1. Mix panko and egg together in a small bowl. Set aside until panko absorbs the moisture.
- 2. Heat 2 tsp. vegetable oil in a frying pan, and cook chopped onion until golden brown. Transfer to a small bowl and keep in refrigerator until cool.
- 3. Mix ground beef, onion, and panko/egg mixture in a bowl. Form into 4 patties.
- 4. Cook patties until heated through in a frying pan or BBQ grill. Cut buns in half, and place lettuce leaves, tomato, onion slice, and cooked patty on each. Serve hot.
