3 Tbsp. Miso & Easy Ginger Tomato |
3 oz. cream cheese |
¼ c. butter |
3 Tbsp. pesto sauce |
1 loaf French bread, cut in half, lengthwise |
chopped tomatoes for garnish |

- 1. Mix cream cheese, until smooth. In a small bowl, add Miso & Easy and pesto sauce, mix well. Set aside.
- 2. Heat a grill pan (or BBQ grill), toast French bread, cut side down, until golden brown.
- 3. Slice toasted bread into 2" lengths. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly. Top with chopped tomatoes.
