(Serves 4)
1 lb. green asparagus |
2 Tbsp. water |
For Sauce |
1 Tbsp. roasted sesame seeds |
2 Tbsp. Miso & Easy Original |
1 Tbsp. sugar |
- 1. Peel asparagus about 1/3 portion from the bottom, in order to remove the tough parts. Cut asparagus into 3 portions.
- 2. In a medium size microwave proof bowl, add cut asparagus and water. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Remove asparagus immediately into cold water. Drain and set aside.
- 3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients for sauce. Add cooked asparagus and mix well. Serve immediately.
