(Serves 2)
5.3 oz. beef, thinly sliced and cut into stripes |
2 green bell peppers, seeded and sliced into stripes |
1"ginger, peeled and thinly sliced |
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Seasonings: |
1 1/2 Tbsp. Marukome Shoyu Koji |
1 Tbsp. sake |

- 1. Season beef with salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil and cook beef in a frying pan. Add green bell peppers and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add ginger and all ingredients under "seasonings." Serve immediately.
